Rocky Road Bark

Rocky road bark is a flat, sweet treat made from our chocolate that has been melted, spread out, and mixed with  marshmallows and pieces of walnuts before hardening. It has a firm texture that breaks into pieces easily while offering a mix of soft, chewy, and crunchy bites. The chocolate provides a rich, sweet base, while the added ingredients create variety in texture and flavor. Once set, it is broken into irregular pieces for serving. It can be stored at room temperature and enjoyed as a snack or dessert.
